Disco LED effect

The Venom FX scanner is equipped with an 80-watt white COB (Chip On Board) LED that emits bright light with a cool color temperature. The colors are created by 8 color gobos that simultaneously shape the beam and project patterns onto a moving cylinder with a mirror system. Precision stepper motors allow bidirectional rotation and tilting of the reflective cylinder. The beam can thus move dynamically in multiple planes. In addition, the scanner also offers a strobe mode and Rainbow and Flower effects.

Light4me quality and different operating modes

The Light4Me Venom FX has a robust plastic housing with a mounting bracket that allows the instrument to be installed on tripods, truss structures and lighting ramps. The top of the body houses a powercon socket, XLR input and output for controlling the unit via DMX protocol, as well as a control panel consisting of a clear display and four buttons. These are used to navigate through the menu, make changes to the internal sensor settings and select one of several operating modes for the unit:

Auto, in which the effect works independently based on built-in operating programs and lighting styles;

Sound, in which the projector synchronizes its operation with the sounds and rhythm of the music coming from the environment (built-in sensitive microphone);

Master/slave, where the linked units operate synchronously;

DMX, where external DMX controllers are used to control a single effect or set of sensors.

In addition to auto, sound, master/slave and DMX modes, the Light4Me Venom FX 80W scanner can also be controlled via wireless systems such as QuickDMX, W-DMX, CRMX, Lumen Radio, as well as the Light'J and Light Captain apps. This is possible thanks to the USB socket installed in the body of the unit.
