The uvex hlmt 600 visor has a hard exterior shell and a protective, shock-absorbing EPS inner shell for superior insulation. Using this construction method enables uvex to integrate an active ventilation system. Air flows through individually adjustable vents in the outer shell and makes its way through deeper set channels within the inner shell, creating a balanced inner climate throughout the helmet.

With a Litemirror mirrored visor and anti-fog coating, this helmet guarantees draught free, mist free vision and an extra wide field of vision. Hardshell:
The helmet consists of a hard outer shell and an inner EPS layer. An effective safety combination makes the helmet resistant to external impacts and the inner layer absorbs them. For maximum safety and maximum comfort.

IAS 3D:
The sophisticated IAS 3D system provides optimal helmet size adjustment to different head sizes and shapes by simply turning the adjusting wheel. The space inside the helmet adapts to the height and circumference of the head.

Removable lining:
The uvex lining absorbs excess moisture, is antiallergenic and easily removable for cleaning.

FAS:
FAS is a fast adaptation system that forms a network of straps anchored inside the helmet. Allows a harder and more secure hold of the helmet on the head.

Monomatic:

ABS:
Helmet shell outer material. ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) is a relatively new, extremely strong and tough plastic with high resistance to pressure impacts, crack propagation and abrasion even at low temperatures. Good resistance to atmospheric influences and UV radiation. Its low thermal conductivity (no insulation required) makes it suitable for use in cold conditions.

EPS:
Inner material helmet.
The EPS protective material contains microscopic air chambers that effectively absorb impact forces when dropped. The EPS layer is injected directly into the outer shell of the helmet. A monolithic unit is formed which protects the head from impact and dampens it.
